Minutes of the Governing Board Meeting of the Association held on 15-01-2014 at Central Phoenix Club, Ambala Cantt: -

1.       Report on Trade Fair GLOBAL LAB EXPO and Jaipur Exhibition given by Mr. Amarjeet Singh (IPP). He informed that Jaipur Exibition was very good & for Global Lab Expo we must associate with Govt. Agencies like MSME.

2.       Report on ASIMA Website given by Mr. Amarjeet Singh (IPP). He informed that Template is final & website will also be ready by next board meeting.

3.       Report on fire safety norms seminar in glass industries held at Arya Samaj Mandir on 25-12-2013 given by Mr. Sanjay Gupta, General Secretary.

4.       Report on ASIMA Newsletter by Mr. Ramesh Nagpal, President. He informed that all the material being handed over to Mr. Subhash Bansal & it  will be printed by 20-01-2014.

5.       Discussed on Common Facility Center (CFC) Meeting with Director, Industries, Haryana to be held on 18-01-2014 at Karnal.

6.   Mr. Ashwani Goel has fixed a Demo programme of 3-D Printer at Advance Micro Devices on 23-01-2014 for 15-20 persons. It was decided to charge Rs. 200/- per person. Time of meeting shall be informed by Mr. Ashwani Goel.
